Hand-arm vibration
Add the site's vibrating tools, get each one's daily trigger time on HSE's points, and give the crew a board they can scan to log their day.

In the office
Add the site's vibrating tools — from each tool's own manual, where KASQ reads the declared vibration figure and checks it, or typed in by hand. It works out how long each may run in one person's hands in a day using HSE's points system, rounding points up, never down. Type the site's name and the email the records should come back to, then print two things: a board for the wall with a QR code on it, and a weekly record card, one per worker.
On site
A worker scans the code and the page opens on their phone with those tools already on it, in English, Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian or Bulgarian. They tap what they used and for how long; the page adds up their points and tells them where they stand against the action value and the limit. One tap sends the day, as a one-page sheet in English, from their own phone to the address printed on the board.
What it never does
It never measures a worker's actual vibration exposure. It works from the tool's declared figure, and it is not health surveillance.
KASQ keeps no copy of what the worker types — the sheet leaves their own phone, by its own mail or messaging app, and never passes through our server. The record is the email that arrives in your office.
What it counts
What one run counts against a plan's monthly questions is on the tool's page and in the tools overview, both written from the same table as the plans page.
