Getting started
- Go to Start free and sign in with your email address and a six-digit code, or with Google or Microsoft. There is no separate sign-up form: the first time you sign in, your account is made. If you were given an invite code, Signing in says where it goes.
- You start on the Free plan: no card, no expiry. Plans and pricing says what each plan includes.
- Pick a tool. Inside the app every tool carries a card — "What this does — and what it never does" — with the same words as its page on this site. The tools overview lists them all.
- Setting up a site — a register of the crew and their tickets, a kit register the crew can scan, the first walk — is in site onboarding.
What the crew need
Nothing to install and no account of their own. What they use — the HAVS board, the kit register, the site register's board, the Take 5 pad — is printed with a QR code, and they scan it with their own phone. The crew's pages read in English, Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian and Bulgarian.
Before you rely on it
Everything KASQ writes is a starting point with its source under it. Read it, put right anything that is wrong for your site, and let the competent person sign — KASQ never signs anything off.
Your account
The account page shows how the account was made, your plan and what is left of the month, and Payments and invoices once you are paying. It lets you sign out on this device or on all devices, download what the account holds, and delete the account when you ask it to. On Trade and Company it is also where you add colleagues to the plan: see plans and pricing. What is kept, and for how long, is in the privacy notice.
