KASQSite safety, in the crew's language

Take 5 / POWRA

A point-of-work risk assessment the crew can actually read — in the language they speak — written at the work area, not at a desk before the shift.

In the office

Pick the site and the language its crew actually speaks: one sheet, one language — English, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Lithuanian or Bulgarian. Shape the pad: which columns the table carries, whether sixteen or twenty people sign, your logo, and the hazard checklist on the back — type over any line to change it. The hazards, the controls and the signatures stay blank on purpose.

On site

The steps, the hazards, the controls and every signature are written by the people who walked the area, at the area. If the site asks for it, a fifth step prints: scan the code and send one photograph of the work area before the work starts. At the end of the shift the same code sends both sides of the finished sheet to the office.

What it never does

It never fills in the sheet and never checks who did. The code on the paper is a request, not a lock.

What it counts

What one run counts against a plan's monthly questions is on the tool's page and in the tools overview, both written from the same table as the plans page.
