Toolbox talks
Name the task — the whole task, 'welding from a scaffold', not just the place — and get a talk written from checked GB guidance, with the sources printed on the sheet the crew signs.

In the office
Name the task. If you want, add a line on what is going on — who, what kit, where; leave it out and you get the general talk. KASQ writes the talk from checked GB guidance and, when it has nothing checked on that topic, says so instead of writing one.
What comes back is yours to shape: put any point right in your own words, add a site photograph, add your logo, the company, who delivers it and when. Tick the crew's languages — Polish, Romanian, Russian, Lithuanian, Bulgarian — and type how many people will sign. You read and edit the English page; the other languages and a sign-on sheet with a line per person appear in the file you print.
On site
The talk is given by a person, to a crew, and they sign the sheet in front of them. The sources the talk was written from are printed on that sheet, so whoever files it can see where every point came from.
What it never does
It never delivers the talk and never records who was there. A signed sheet is a person's word that they stood there and said it.
It never pads a talk: a topic the checked sources do not cover is refused, not filled in.
What it counts
What one run counts against a plan's monthly questions is on the tool's page and in the tools overview, both written from the same table as the plans page.
