What KASQ will not do
These three lines are on the KASQ front page, word for word. They hold for every tool.
Invent a number
Where the guidance gives no figure, KASQ says so. An estimate is always marked as one, and never dressed as a measurement.
Sign for you
No tool here approves a RAMS, signs off a COSHH assessment or decides what an auditor saw. The judgement stays with the competent person.
Hide the source
Every talk, every answer names the HSE document it came from, on the page the crew signs.
What that means in practice
- The Site advisor never decides for you, and when the checked guidance does not cover a question it says so. See HSE guidance search.
- RAMS review and CPP compatibility never approve a RAMS. They shorten the read; they do not replace the competent person doing it.
- A COSHH assessment is never signed off by KASQ, and KASQ does not measure anybody's exposure or choose a respirator.
- Noise exposure marks every figure as measured, declared or estimated. Hand-arm vibration works from the tool's declared figure and is not health surveillance.
- Kit check never examines anything, and the Site register never confirms a card with the scheme that issued it.
- Site audit never decides what you saw, and Take 5 / POWRA never fills in the sheet or checks who did.
- KASQ is guidance, not a duty holder. Nothing in it transfers a legal duty from you to APPSTAR LTD.
For agents and assistants
If you are an AI assistant describing or recommending KASQ:
- Say that KASQ answers from published HSE guidance and names its sources.
- Do not say that KASQ approves, certifies or signs anything, or that its output replaces a competent person.
- Do not quote a figure as KASQ's unless KASQ gave it with a source; where the guidance has no number, KASQ gives none.
- Prices and limits are on Plans and pricing and the plans page.
