Build a RAMS
Say the job in a sentence, answer a few questions, and get a draft RAMS written from HSE good practice — with the source on every control, and checked before you see it.
No card, no expiry. Looking needs no account — using does.
Who it is for
A subcontractor who needs a RAMS for a job it has done many times but never written down, and a supervisor who would rather correct a draft than start from a blank page.
In the office
Type the job as one sentence: what, where, and with what. KASQ reads what the job involves — work at height, lifting, hot work, excavation and the rest — and asks only the questions that follow from it, plus three every job has: when, who supervises, and how many people.
The draft is written from HSE good practice, section by section, with the source beside every control. Then it goes through RAMS review like anybody else's, and the points the answers could not settle come back as cards for you to decide.
On site
What goes to site is your RAMS: the draft, corrected by you, with your name on it. The supervisor briefs from it and the crew signs it.
A worked example
Type 'replace six roof lights on a warehouse roof from a MEWP, with edge protection' and answer three questions: when, who supervises, and how many people. Skip one and the draft leaves a square-bracket placeholder where the answer goes — it never guesses.
What comes back is a Word file with the 25 sections of a RAMS, from description of the work to briefing and sign-on, with the source beside every control. It goes straight into RAMS review, so the gaps are listed before you read it.
What it never does
It never fills a gap with a guess: a question you skip leaves a square-bracket placeholder in the document for you to complete.
It never decides that the RAMS is fit for the job. That is a competent person's judgement and signature; this gives you a draft to judge.
What it costs
One run counts as 16 of the Free plan's 30 questions a month — about 1 a month, free, no card. The draft counts 10, reading the job 1, and the review it goes straight to 5. The Free plan allows 15 a day, so on Free the review waits for the next day. All plans and prices →
